Welcome to our cider house—where tradition meets innovation, and every bottle tells a story.

We’re not your typical cider company. We’re a small but passionate team—husband, wife, and cousin—who came together with one shared vision: to redefine what cider can be. For us, this isn’t just a business. It’s a craft, a calling, and a way to honor our roots while carving out a new space in the world of fermented perfection.

What started as weekend experiments in the garage quickly grew into something more. We weren’t interested in adding another overly sweet cider to the shelf. We wanted to create something bolder, deeper, and more satisfying—something that could stand up next to a great bourbon or a full-bodied wine. That’s where the idea for bourbon barrel-aged cider was born.

A Different Kind of Cider

Our cider is anything but ordinary.

Aged in charred American oak bourbon barrels, every batch draws character from its past life: vanilla notes, hints of spice, a touch of smoke, and that warm bourbon finish that lingers just right. It's dry but smooth, fruity but never sugary, and crafted with patience, precision, and passion.

The apples we use are locally sourced from trusted growers who share our love for quality and authenticity. We believe in doing things the hard way if it means doing them right, from small-batch fermentation to hand-bottling every pour.

This is cider for the curious. For the whiskey lovers. For those who prefer depth over sweetness and stories over shortcuts.

Why We Do It

At the heart of our company is family. Not just in ownership but in values. We believe in sitting around the table and raising a glass to the moments that matter. We believe in slowing down and savoring things. And we believe that the best drinks, like the best stories, are the ones that bring people together.

We’re proud to be carving our own path and pushing the boundaries of what cider can be. Whether you’re sipping by the fire, pairing with a great meal, or sharing with friends, we hope our cider makes you feel the same thing we felt when we first tasted it: this is something special.

Welcome to our family. Welcome to our cider.
